Capes

Add a way for the Bedrock player to import custom capes into the capes section for players to equip and use on private worlds, servers, and realms. It would be rlly nice for variety I’ve been wanting to make my own custom capes for my imported skin but everytime I import it as a file (using a dedicated website for this) the cape doesn’t show (I am on iPad so it may be iOS interfering but i would still really like to add my own cape that I created pixel by pixel
