Villagers should be more talkative

I think that the villagers in the valleys should wander around more and everyone (mostly everyone) should have at least something to say, even if it’s just a hrrrggghhh. I think that it would make villages feel more alive and could provide some interesting conversations and hints, lore drops, and quests. Some villagers could hop around and some could dance. There should be villagers fishing by the docks and it would add to the liveliness of the villages. Because right now, I can only talk to the merchants and like, the cartographer, which feels very close ended to me.
