Split the create new world & create from screens again

A while ago the new ore ui play screen had the 'create from' screen removed from being in the 'create new world' button and instead had its own new button next to the original one. This was a good feature but got removed for some reason and I'm sure I'm not alone on thinking it was better than what we have now. I would really appreciate it being readded as when I and other people play Minecraft, we don't create from templates nearly as much as we create new vanilla worlds.
