Icy Creeper

The Icy Creeper could be a snowy variant introduced in a new Minecraft Game Drop. It could spawn in snow biomes, ice biomes, and ice caves. It would function like a normal Creeper, except that upon exploding, it would release a freezing blast that would slow players down with a freezing effect. It could also turn water into ice if a full water source block (level 0) is nearby. Killing it would yield the same loot as a normal Creeper (gunpowder), but it could also drop an ice ball.
