Offline and Online Character Transfer (Both Directions)

I’d love the ability to transfer characters between offline and online modes, in both directions. Right now, progress seems separated depending on how you play, which makes it hard to switch between solo and multiplayer.

Many of us like to play both ways. Sometimes I want to play solo at my own pace, and other times I want to join friends online. Being forced to choose, or to start over, makes that frustrating.
