"0% Items collected" for all regions

Despite having nearly every item in the game, sometimes when I go to the map and check how many items I've collected for all of the regions, it stays at 0%. I'm not sure what causes this bug nor how to fix it, sometimes it fixes itself before breaking again.

Note that I've restarted the game, restarted my computer, shut it down and turned it back on to launch the game, and it still wouldn't fix it. Please fix this soon.

    I've been experiencing this bug through my whole play through of the game and its starting to get really annoying, especially when you start collecting all items from each region. Usually it tends to go back to normal whenever the game is opened for at least 1-2 hours, but I personally don't want to wait that long in order to see collected items. Not sure why this bug hasn't been fixed yet.
