Spinnig engines, glue and redstone strength block!

I would like to have motors that can spin, and glue that you make by crafting honey, glass and slime into a glue bottle, then there should be a strength block that can change the redstone signal strength, this should also work for pistons, the block should look a bit like a repeater. When the redstone signal is low the motor spins slowly and the piston pops out slowly, with glue you should be able to glue blocks together so you don't have to use slime or honey blocks for all the redstone, with the motor I'm not entirely sure if I actually want it but the strength block and glue would be super nice!
