[BUG] Achievement "One of a Kind" not unlocking on PC (Xbox App)

Hello support team,

I am submitting a bug report regarding an achievement that is stuck and won't unlock. Despite having obtained and equipped multiple Unique items (I currently have almost a full set of Unique gear in my inventory), the achievement "One of a Kind" ("Único en su tipo") is still locked at 0% completion.

Troubleshooting steps already attempted:

1. Equipped and unequipped multiple Unique items across different character slots in missions and at the camp.

2. Transferred Unique gear to the camp chest/storage and retrieved it back.

3. Signed out and signed back into my Xbox Live / Microsoft account to force server resynchronization.

4. Acquired new Unique gear drops from bosses and chests to try triggering the counter.

5. Restarted the game and Xbox App, and verified connection to Xbox network services.

• Achievement Name: One of a Kind / Único en su tipo (20 Gamerscore)

• Current Progress: Locked at 0%
