Frostbite enchantment for weapons

Add to the new ice cave update an enchantment of frostbite for the weapons, it should work as the fire aspect but use the damage of freezing. It's cool and more useful if the damage is more instantly applied on the target and not time stacking as the already freezing effect. The particles of the effect, I think is cool, that could be like some icespikes are coming out of you or just a frozen fire.

    It could have a condition like you can have only one of the enchantment fire or ice
    Or if you think is more cool both i don't know
    To make it more interesting it could do more damage if the target is already under effect of freezing
