The interaction between the golem and the copper chest has been known since the golem's creation, since we obtain a free chest upon spawning a golem. This suggestion aims to reduce unnecessary noise and make the golem a bit more intelligent.
What am I proposing?
Make the golem stop constantly open the copper chest while it's empty. There's no reason for it to keep checking the chest all the time; this interaction becomes annoying in the long run if there's nothing in the chest to collect.
How can this be applied?
Create a new tag for the copper chest that will exists whenever (ex. have_items: true/false ) there is an item in the chest. Golems should search for and collect items from the chest that have this tag, simple as that. The golem's distance when searching other chests to store the items should remain the same, and an approach similar to that used with the Happy Ghast and the Nautilus should be applied to it as well, to keep the golem in the region.
How does this impact the game?
The golems will stop constantly opening the empty copper chest and will become smarter; the mechanics are already known, and as I said, the copper chest is given when we create the golem, directly implying that it will be used by the golem. With this implemented, we will have quieter buds, potentially increasing the number of golems significantly, since there won't be a gigantic and incessant amount of empty chests being opened for nothing.
