Texture pack tab in edit world menu in bedrock edition

Currently the texture packs, add-ons etc are all mixed together in the resource packs section, yet all the ad-ons are by themselves in the behavior packs section, I believe that all packs are made equal and all deserve the right to their own section, keep both resource and behavior packs secons but add an additional tab for texture packs so it is more organised, more accessible and more enjoyment as it encourages people to use mod packs as they stand out more
