Give physical owners the Switch 2 update for free too

Plenty of other games have done it. I have games that literally do it where it got the Switch 2 upgrade and you have to put the cartridge in in order for the upgrade to be accessible. As someone who got the Switch 2 beta even though my copy on Switch is physical this is incredibly unfair. I have bought Minecraft on the PlayStation Vita, the Xbox One, the Google Play store, and Nintendo Switch twice because I bought a copy for my sister. This is beyond ridiculous to ask me to do it again especially when Xbox series X and PS5 got theirs for free even if you were physical.

The fact that there even trying to push this is so sad. I as someone who's owned this game for years on cartridge am astounded that they would do this even though digital players got it for free. It's not like this is something hard to do, multiple games have free upgrade packs. Mojang needs to stop trying to squeeze every cent out of us.

Exactly. I bought the game years ago physically on my Switch 1. Why should i have to pay AGAIN for the game i own just to get better graphics, WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED BY THE WAY ,and end up with a "useless" cartridge???
