New sounds for Snow layers/blocks + Snowballs

Snow layers and snow blocks have the same sounds when the player is breaking or placing them. 

That has to be changed.

When the player is throwing Snowballs, they have the same sounds as an Egg, an Ender Pearl, a Splash Potion, and an Eye of Ender.

New sounds for Snowballs would be greatly appreciated and would make them more distinct.
