Milestone frequency and progress

I don't know when I'm reaching milestone thresholds and at this point they feel random. I don't appreciate the random power spike especially when I'm trying new stuff, it makes it hard to beat bosses and dungeons and when I'm outclassed suddenly and I don't have resources prepared to upgrade.

I think a visual on what milestone you're at would be great and a small, percentage based, in-depth explanation of what's increasing.

    Milestones are a VERY confusing mechanic in this game. It's not explained at all and with no permanent spot of the UI to see the milestone and what it does, most users just think there are random power spikes for the mobs.
