Crafting recipe: standard item frame and one phantom membrane. Usage: placed in a horizontal surface, you can add an item to it like a normal item frame, but it will float in the air and slowly spin. Meant for decoration to make museum displays. Place the cursor over the item hovering will display its name and attributes.
