Make Icicles More Building Friendly

Hello,

In my opinion, the Icicle shouldn’t have a cluster of smaller icicles surrounding it when placed individually, unlike the other Pointed Dripstone and Sulfur Spike. Removing the surrounding cluster could create much more freedom for building, since the Icicle would no longer visually fill out the space like a full block.

It would also be great if placing an Icicle yourself—for builds, projects, or bases—didn’t automatically include the packed-ice texture underneath it. This would make the Icicle feel more like an individual decorative piece rather than a complete formation.

Overall, this change could dramatically expand how Icicles are used in builds, giving players more freedom to create different shapes, compositions, and contrasts.

    that is its own separate block, or it only appears when it grows (and you just put a string at its tip)

    Yeah, there could be a separate type of stalactite that is a smaller cluster
