when a Music disc is playing, Minecraft music should not overlay

when you put a music disc in a juke box, and it starts to play, the normal Minecraft music that is currently playing should fadeout so you can actually hear the music disc.

    Thanks to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and experiences on this feature request. Player feedback here and through other channels was taken into account when reviewing the behaviour, and the change has now been implemented.

    Having to resort to turning music of in options feels clunky indeed

    Just to add to this, I think a big question is how exactly to implement it, a big issue is how directional the discs are. It might suck if someone is just playing the game and listening to their favorite tune and their bud waltzes near them and cuts out all their music. In the Bedrock edition at least, I think a solution is possible, instead of cutting out the song entirely, just have the music still loaded and technically playing but entirely muted. Once you leave the bounding box in which discs can no longer be heard (64.0) the music you were previously hearing just fades back in, similar to the music transitions they included on the main menu screen when loading into a game.
