Potion of Warming

We all know that the potion of freezing is gaining large amounts of traction now, and is viewed as just better fire aspect or flame, which... yeah. It is. Very much so, to the point that fire aspect is essentially useless, thats why im suggesting a potion of warming/heating that would make you immune to the effects of freezing, and would melt ice around you in like a, lets say, 6-ish block radius? This would complement nicely for the ice caves, you'd be able to take less damage from the frozen zombies, but run the risk of dropping the icicles on your head.
How would this potion be made? Well, theres another feature that I believe to be underused, that being fire charges, so if it was up to me, i'd suggest fire charges be the brewing recipe.
awkward potion + fire charge = warming potion
It'd give a use to a relatively minor, and underused item and balance out the frozen arrows (which arent just strong, but quite annoying as well, essentially acting like permanent lethal poison and slowness combined)
