About The Twich streaming Aurora Cape didn't activate

  Greeting! First of all, I'm very exciting about the  Minecraft Doungeons 2's came out activity,Witch me also have bought Minecraft Doungeons in Steam desk. But sadly after watching streaming and get Aurora Cape code in Twitch and redeem it from 2026/9/29 and now,the cape still be unseen in my  java account and of course the bedrock.witch I do redeem it on my account p18387678720@163.com,and they do disappear. So I want to ask could your esteemed company help me to get my cape back,witch I would be very thankful. In witch case,I play minecraft form my very early time for about five to six years.With a lot expecting,I really wish you can make minecraft better and better, so I want your company to solve this problem properly from my deep heart.
