New winter-based passive mobs

We need more passive mobs for the Ice Cave Update. It would make the Snowy biomes feel more alive and realistic.

1. Penguin (Spawns mostly in the Ice Spikes biome)

2. Snowy Owl (Spawns mainly in the Snowy Taiga/Plains biome)

3. Squirrel (Snowy Taiga/Plains)

4. Whale (They're rare and spawn in the frozen ocean biome)

5. Reindeer (Snowy Taiga/Plains)

6. White Ptarmigan (Snowy Taiga/Beach/Slopes)

Each of these mobs would have its own unique sounds and drops.

    Squirrels would be amazing. They could basically be the rabbits of the forest! And very cute, would love to see a way to make them not scared of the player similar to foxes and ocelots.

    i really want penguins in the game after they lost the vote a few years ago they would be so cute!
