Return hover text to grey

Since Bedrock 1.26.50 the enchantments of items are listed in blue, both in the inventory and when picking it on the hotbar, enchantments used to be light grey, blue was only for item attributes (+6 Armour, +35 Mining Efficiency, etc.). This is bad for separating attributes from enchantments, and clutters the view when selecting an item on the hotbar (grey text is relatively passive, even when there is a lot, blue is in your face)
