Farmable Icicles!

Icicles should be able to grow and be farmed in a similar to how dripstone grows. If it was placed under packed ice (not regular or blue) with a water source on top it should grow at a faster rate than dripstone. This would give packed ice more of a use in the game, and the speed increase makes sense since it has similar qualities to dripstone but is less useful due to not being able to farm lava using it like you can with dripstone.
