The Packed Ice Ball

you could craft a packed ice ball with 9 regular ice balls 
and it can be used as a thrown explosive when thrown it will bounce a bit allowing for stuff like it bouncing off walls when it finally lands it will send out a explosive blast of ice fragments that will damage and give frosting to whatever is caught in the crossfire (damage scaled depending on how far away you are from the ice ball)
