General feedback & suggestions for Snapshot 3

(Issues)

- Noticeable FPS decline
May be due to Vulkan or the issue below (Or both)
- Major FPS drop when going underground in spectator

(Suggestions)

- Powdered snow should spawn in the Ice caves
Since the Frostbite is adept at moving through powdered snow, it could be cool to include the block in the caves as an added challenge & to highlight this interaction
- Calcite block set
Pretty self explanatory. Now that calcite is much easier to obtain, it would be the perfect opportunity revisit this beautiful block
- Ice crystal renewability + applications
Packing 4 icicles together could create an Ice crystal. Alternatively Ice crystals could naturally form on Ice blocks touching water. Maybe even let the Frostbite drop them like how zombies rarely drop iron
As for uses, I think it could be cool if you could craft a Sea Lantern-like block out of Ice crystals that has the special property of not melting ice & snow. It could also be made into lanterns & torches that serve the same purpose
Since it's been compared to amethyst, it could serve similar purposes like creating Frosted Glass which only lets light through but is mostly opaque or a spyglass upgrade that reduces the zoom but brightens the area you're looking at (Early game night vision)

Overall, I really love the biome and I'm happy the caves are getting more variety. I'm happy that old features (powdered snow effect) are getting new life and I'm excited to see what else comes out of the drop
