Java Launcher needs a 'Force Sync' button for promotional items

I had redeemed the Builder cape on my account on June 11, 2026. It is now October 6, 2026, and my cape still didn’t appear on my Java account. I then learned that I had to manually go into bedrock edition, equip the cape, get on a world/server for 3 minutes, then close bedrock, sign out on the launcher, close it, reopen it, sign back in, and then it was there. This is a huge hassle and so Mojang needs to add an “Inventory Refresh” button somewhere in the launcher to prevent future users from going through this process.
