Farmable Ice Crystals

I think using a system like you do to get infinite lava would work great here. instead of lava you have water. And instead of the dripstone spike you could use the new ice spike drip the water onto blue ice since it would be the coldest. and over time it could make the ice crystals. just like how lava dripping into a cauldron makes infinite lava. As a side note you could make the ice crystals have growth tiers like the amethyst crystal. Then only have it harvestable at full growth.
