Hedgehogs

I have heard hedgehogs to go extinct by 2050 I do not wish for this, if you could add hedgehogs that would be peak. My ideas for them if it helps solidify a more concrete idea. Hedgehogs roll up into balls and can hide away if a player gets close like an armadillo You can brush the hedgehog/ wait for a baby to grow up to shed old spines and add it to your shield for a thorns effect on it, maybe work with sonic team again for a name tag Easter egg like toast where you name one sonic it becomes blue and gets a speed buff I truly adore hedgehogs and wouldn't want them extinct at least try to consider it, seeing as I'm not the only one asking for them!
