Steve head in Survival mode - Ice Spikes/Caves: Obtainable without commands

Steve's head could be obtained in Survival mode without any commands or Creative mode.

The head could be found in the Ice Spikes or in the Ice Caves biome. It would be protruding from one of the ice spikes.

That way, we could make these biomes a little bit more interesting to explore.

Steve's head would be rare and hard to find.

That seems a little gruesome for a game that has an ESRB rating of everyone 10+
