Snow Golem generation and tweaks in Ice Caves

I think Snow Golems should be able to generate naturally in the Ice Caves! It would be a fun little way to help out the player. If not, I think there should be these naturally generating POIs (Points of Interests are like natural mini-structures, think Trees) that are 2 Snow Blocks with a Pumpkin on top, so a player bringing Shears into the Ice Caves will be rewarded with easy access to backup support.

It would also be nice to be able to give Snow Golems the new Ice Ball for them to be able to help out better.
