The Ice Caves atmospherics

In some biomes in the Nether, there are particles flying around in the air, which makes the environment cool. Maybe something like that could be in the ice caves, like white particles or snowflakes. and maybe sparkle particles on the ice crystals. Also, maybe adding frozen underground lakes, like regular underwater ponds, but frozen, could exist. And underneath these frozen ponds, there is regular water, but similarly to how when you step in water in the sulfur caves and you get the dizzy effect, you could get the freezing effect when you step in water in the ice caves.
