Make the stray fire freezing arrows instead of slowness arrows

The title is self explanatory, but i believe the new freezing effect is a nice occasion to make a cool mob a little more relevant and menacing.

    To build on your point, I think it would be even more interesting if they didn't completely replace the current mechanic, but rather split Strays into two distinct variants.

    Having some Strays continue to shoot slowness arrows while others utilize the new freezing arrows would add a great layer of unpredictability. It would make cold biomes genuinely menacing and force players to carefully identify which threat they are facing.
