Water should freeze inside the Ice Caves

Water should be able to freeze into ice inside the new biome, similar to how it does in surface cold biomes and mountains.

    Frozen waterfalls and frozen underground rivers could be cool

    Responding to other comment: Frozen waterfalls would have to be a generation thing. If you freeze a waterfall from the source block at top, then the waterfall stops. If you freeze it from the bottom, then you just get water running off of that block and expanding outward into an ice mountain.
