Freezing Should not be a potion effect, but more like burning.

Title, but essentially;

Freezing currently works as a potion effect, much like hero of the village, this comes with the problem of it lasting even if you are on fire and expiring through drinking milk? 

Rather than this, Freezing should act more like being set on fire, a separate effect that can't be cured with milk, but can be stopped if set on fire or hindered if by a campfire.
