Minecarts

I feel like it is about time to rework minecarts. They are too slow compared to other travel methods. they are fun, but just a waste of effort. I think minecarts should be faster, the shouldn't loose momentum in the air, there are other cart variants you could make, like a furnace minecart that drives when burning fuel. Connecting minecarts, and so many other possibilities.
