Consider making gunpowder craftable from sulfur.

This doesn't tie into ice caves but is a small change that can be made in the drop. Making gunpowder craftable would give players more of an incentive to find sulfur caves, and can promote exploration rather than having a creeper farm. The recipe can include bonemeal. Additionally sulfur that is used as a decoration (bricks) can't be turned into gunpowder.
