Give Furnace Minecarts a purpose: Couplers and Chunk Loading

Currently, Powered Rails have made Furnace Minecarts almost obsolete. I propose two features to restore their usefulness:
Coupling Mechanism: Allow players to link multiple minecarts together (using chains or lead) behind a Furnace Minecart to create actual trains for transport and logistics.
Moving Chunk Loader: Allow the active Furnace Minecart to temporarily load the chunk it is traveling through (as long as it has fuel). This would make long-distance automated supply lines functional in survival mode without breaking player setups.
