Update Snow [Golem] Layer Trails

Snow [Golem] trails should either be temporary and melt after a few seconds (like ice from frost walker boots), or they should be able to be placed over any plants/blocks a snow golem can walk over. Otherwise it just looks bad when it moves through a field and just leaves a bunch of patches because of the grass that prevents it from placing snow layers.

Both would be great.

  How permanent the snow layer trail is could be dependent on the temperature of the biome and the health of the golem. In some biomes the snow layer trail is permanent, in others it forms but eventually fades, and in others it doesn't form at all
