Snow-logging on fences, slabs, stairs, and plants (for Java)

Snow layers should should be able to fall over stairs, slabs and fences just like the new cushions work. And also they should fall over plants on Java just like they do on bedrock.

    YES PLEASE!! 

    It should NOT however be like how cushions work because cushions are entities. But there are other ways to do it. A more flexible system for block logging that natively allows fluids and even blocks to be logged would be very nice. Its been done by mods and i don't get why it wasn't implemented in vanilla in 1.13.

    I totally agree. Add to this snowy grass & shrubs, as well as snowy leaves, and every snowy biome would be so much more immersive.

    Absolutely needed to be able to build anything decent in snowy biomes and it would bring parity with bedrock edition.

    perfect time for this too. some java players still don't know that this a thing on bedrock and its funny seeing their reactions
