Add Polar Bear Breeding

With this new Ice Caves update, they should absolutely add the ability to have Polar Bears breed, so that we can make a population without stealing Polar Bears from their homes.

I also feel like we should have a new aquatic predator, so that the bear won't go into the water and is actually stuck on the icebergs.

    good topic
I think breeding polar bears should be unique so it's still difficult to do, like you have to feed them living fish then they breed on their own.
and they have to be in a cold biome with enough packed ice or snow blocks around them.

    maybe only at night?
