Add Minecraft new updates

Here are the things I’d like to have please. Allow players to make servers in the game. Make new mobs like giraffes, sharks, and other animals and let them be rideable. In bedrock and Java, let players build over bedrock. Let players make new dimensions with new commands. Make world edit obtainable in bedrock edition without commands. Also, add dynamic lighting.
