New weather related content (boss, biomes, weather, mobs, structures)

I think a new weather related boss, biome, structure, and mobs can make the game more fun with new items, content, and generally more things available to players without needing a mod to fill in for every detail of gameplay. The new dimension helps with the content aspect, but, if there isn't any new bosses or structures for the player to discover the game will get boring and repetitive. I know that the chances that mojang will actually do this is close to 0, but I just want to hope.
