Cold Variant for Slime/Cubes

We have Sulfur Cubes, Magma Cubes, and Slimes, so I propose an Ice Cube, Chilly Cube, or Frozen Cube. It would spawn in cold biomes and drop the new ice balls. I think they should expand like Magma Cubes, but that's a personal preference. They would inflict slowness or act like a wind charge; the bigger they are, the stronger the effect, and tiny ones would do almost nothing. They could also sound different, as they're frozen.
