Bedrock – Unable to Connect to External Multiplayer Servers/October 4, 2026

Hello Minecraft Support Team, I have been experiencing a connection issue in Minecraft Bedrock Edition since October 4, 2026. I am currently unable to connect properly to external multiplayer servers. The server I am trying to access is hosted through Aternos. The issue appears to be related to Minecraft Bedrock's multiplayer services or its connection to external servers. The Aternos server is available, but Minecraft is unable to establish the connection properly. I do not have access to Minecraft Realms, so I cannot confirm whether the same issue occurs with Realms. Technical information: Edition: Minecraft Bedrock Edition Platform: Android Minecraft version: 26.51.1 Server host: Aternos Date the issue started: October 4, 2026 Error message: “Unable to connect” / a message indicating that there is a problem with multiplayer connectivity Error code: No specific error code is displayed Could you please check whether there is currently an instability affecting Minecraft Bedrock multiplayer services, authentication, or connections to external servers? I would appreciate it if you could verify whether there is a known issue affecting this type of connection. Thank you for your assistance.
