Player Nametag Item

A rare loot item that allows players username to be changed in that world only, in multiplayer other players apply it and the named player have to agree to the change or it doesn't work. I imagine a golden or purple nametag that can't be crafted only found and it would be useful for roleplay like a king dubbing a knight with a new name or title.
