Campfire should slowly remove freezing effect.

maybe also other light sources too but they would remove it at different levels based on light levels or if the light emitted is actually hot like from fires.

    I like this idea, but I would make it simpler.
    Standing within a 2 block radius of the campfire should just completely heal you of the freezing status effect. It's not unbalanced at all. You have to place a campfire and likely dance around it as you fight off the frostbitten hoards attacking you. Getting out of range would allow their attacks to bring it back. It already sounds like simply wearing leather armor will stop the status effect change, so making it overly complicated or slow in curing you of the freezing just doesn't seem necessary. Instantaneous would be better. Plus, how long does a freezing effect from a frostbite even last? like 9 seconds? Until cured? could be a reason to bring a campfire with you. :)
