Mob Volume Slider

The animals and NPC merchants make way too much noise by default, especially in Brave Haven. I don't want to have to turn down all game sound effects just to avoid being bombarded by villager and cat noises while I'm selecting enchantments. I mean seriously, who put TEN CONSTANTLY MEOWING CATS in the area where players are idling to modify their builds?
