hi im can't finish creating my xbox profile pls fix that

Hi, I can't finish creating my Xbox profile. I keep getting “Something went wrong. Please, try again.” when I click Save & continue. Randomize also gives the same error. I tried refreshing, clearing the browser data, and using another browser.
