Potion bag and updated potion effect particles

With a new potion incoming, I think it's about time the potion problem gets resolved, and that is how much space it takes, discouraging people from carrying and using a variety of potions while going out on an adventure, other than a few, like fire resistance potion, night vision, and water breathing.

 I propose a potion bag that allows us to put an X amount of potions in each bag. My suggestion would be 6 or even 9 potions per bag. It would encourage more people to use potions, especially when on an adventure or in places like trial chambers, since it would require less item slot space.

For the particles, I think with newer potions having its own particles, the old one should get their own particles too.
