Rainbow Name Tag for Mobs

I have an idea for a new mob feature.

If you name a mob "Rainbow" with a Name Tag, the mob will change colors like a rainbow!

The colors could slowly change over time. This could work with many different mobs, including axolotls.

I think it would be really fun to have Rainbow mobs!
