Collision NBT tag for all Entities

In one of the old April Fools Snapshots, the ability to use mobs as physical blocks to form barriers or jump on was added. I think this should be reintroduced in Minecraft with NBT data! It would be perfect for map making challenges and, if a user wants to stand on a sulfur cube and get pushed along for a ride, it would be really fun!
